The regular acceleration of charged particles at a shock front is analyzed, with allowance for collisional losses, adiabatic cooling, and synchrotron radiation. Criteria for injectionless acceleration are established, and threshold injection momenta are determined for moderate acceleration rates. Particle spectra are obtained for the entire energy range. The number of particles that might be accelerated at shock fronts in the envelopes of galactic supernovae is estimated as a function of the diffusion coefficient.
