We have analysed about 300 ks of JEM-X2 data and about 600ks of IBIS/ISGRI data in order to constrain with more accuracy the position of the transient IGR J19140+0951 (formerly known as IGR J19140+098). Based on 12 independent detections of the source in JEM-X2 and using JEM-X offline software (Lund et al., 2004) we have derived a weighted mean position. The new position (uncertainty at 90% : 1.7 arcmin) is 2.4 arcmin away from the first position derived with IBIS (IAUC #8088) obtained using early versions of the Offline Scientific Analysis Software.
