The paper presents VLBI maps at 22 GHz of the H2O maser sources 34.3 + 0.1, 43.8 - 0.1, W 51 North, ON 1, and ON 2. It is shown that the low velocity emission in 43.8 - 0.1 forms an 'arc' structure, with radial velocity increasing from one end to the other. Weaker, high velocity features can be found within and behind the open end of the arc. W. 51 North is a cluster of centers of H2O activity, presumably newly-formed OB stars, similar to the H2O maser sources in W 49 N and Orion-KL. The dominant center in W 51 North, however, contains only high velocity lines and no strong low velocity emissions. ON 1 and ON 2 both display the characteristics of a region of active star formation, containing H2O and OH sources and very compact H II regions.
