We are living in a very exciting era when the nature of the universe is dramatically being revealed. Transient objects are a group, research of which will promisingly become more active in astronomy. We review some topics currently urged to be solved by international cooperations, concentrating gamma-ray bursts, dwarf novae, X-ray transients, and supernovae among such transient objects. We then argue importance of the telescope distribution for covering whole the sky and of the international network for exchanging information and opinions.
