Results of a radio continuum survey at 1465 MHz of the northeast half of M31 are presented in the form of an atlas of images and a source catalog. A spatial resolution of 5" and a uniform rms sensitivity of about 30 μJy beam^-1^ were obtained over an area of 30' x 75' by observing at 10 closely spaced pointings in the B-, C-, and D-configurations of the Very Large Array. The source catalog contains 534 entries, of which 103 have possible associations with Hα nebulae, seven with previously identified supernova remnants, 10 with compact X-ray sources, and 121 with previously detected radio sources.
