Scientific paper

The main tasks and activities of the Austria Solar and Space Agency are
outlined. The Austrian activities in space were carried out by different
groups of the Institute for Space Research of the Austrian Academy of
Science and other institutions. The major results obtained by these
groups during the past year are described.
