Image Restoration: Solar Radio Radiation

Scientific paper

This paper reports on a restoration method based on the discrete Fourier
transform. Image restoration of the observations of the sun scanned at
21-cm wavelength has been made using the 10-meter radiotelescope at the
Yunnan Observatory. An image with 7 arcminutes resolution is obtained by
means of the method.
