A detailed analysis is presented of the flux density error distribution for GB2 sources. Based on these data and Monte Carlo analysis, the corrected differential radio source count at 1400 MHz is given. It is found that: (1) the differential count of radio sources at 1400 MHz smoothly changes its differential slope from greater than 5/2 to less than 5/2, with a turnover occurring around flux density of 0.60 Jy or at 400-500 sources/sr in integral source density, (2) there is good agreement between corrected counts for GB and GB2 surveys in the flux density range of 0.16-2.0 Jy, and (3) the GB2 count is highly dependent on spectral index of radio sources. The results indicate that steep-spectrum sources are much older than young, flat-spectrum sources and are dominant at large cosmological distances. Young flat-spectrum objects are less numerous at large distances.
