Results of flux density measurements of 300 radio sources from the Parkes Catalog over the frequency range 468-5009 MHz are presented, and the error of the measurements is analyzed. The observations at frequencies higher than 635 MHz were made using the 64 m diameter radio telescope at the Australian National Radio Astronomy Observatory. At 468 and 1403 MHz the 18 m and 64 m telescopes were used together as an interferometer. Most of the measurements have an accuracy equal to or greater than previously published data, typically smaller than 2.4% at 635 MHz and 1.8% at 2700 MHz. The flux densities are on the absolute scale proposed by Mills (1973) and are thought to be accurate within about 5% above 400 MHz. On the basis of these data and other reported flux densities between 10 and 10,000 MHz, spectra are derived. A network of accurate flux density calibration sources for declinations south of +20 deg is suggested.
