We will describe current chemical modelling of disks similar to the protosolar nebula. Calculations are being undertaken to determine the spatial and temporal chemistry of the gas and dust within the 5-40AU comet-forming region of the nebula. These theoretical studies aim to determine the contribution of pristine and partially-processed interstellar material from the cool outer nebula, as compared to that obtained from outward radial mixing of matter from the hot inner nebula.
