To acquire data for studying stellar activities from Ca II near-IR triplet, the observations of 118 solar-analog stars (the same sample as in Paper I, Cat. J/A+A/468/663) were carried out in five different months (2007 February and April; 2008 May, August, and December) by using the HIgh-Dispersion Echelle Spectrograph (HIDES; Izumiura 1999) at the coude focus of the 188cm reflector of Okayama Astrophysical Observatory (OAO).
