In the framework of the random phase approximation (RPA) we investigate
the process of slow elastic electron scattering on atoms with the
vacancy in the closed shell. We calculated the differential cross
section of the electron elastic (and quasi-elastic) scattering on the
positive argon (Ar) ions.
