Two recent discoveries, of surprisingly strong magnetic fields very far from any cluster of galaxies, and of the coherent orientation of quasar polarization vectors over huge distances, are powerful evidence for the validity of the ``Strong'' Magnetic Field model (SMF) in astrophysics. CalTech's Cosmic Background Imager (CBI) may observe evidence for the beginning of large-scale polarization in the CMB radiation that the SMF model predicts, signifying emerging large-scale magnetic fields and emerging cosmic structure. The important implications of SMF for energy production in the AGN/quasar central engines, for jets in galaxies, quasars and newly forming stars, and galactic structure, were discussed in previous articles.
