The relationship between the stationary intensity of a magnetic field in
a cluster and an estimate of equidistribution is discussed. It is shown
that the nonlinear turbulent dynamo theory yields an rms of the magnetic
field in galactic clusters of about 1 microgauss and maximum values of
up to several microgauss.
