Near-IR lunar occultation observations of the T Tauri star DG Tau performed with the 3.5-m Calar Alto telescope are examined. Consideration is given to two models of the brightness distribution across the stellar disk: a model with linear limb-darkening for a plane-parallel atmosphere and a model with monotonic darkening for a spherically symmetric extended atmosphere. The strip brightness distribution, retrieved by the model-independent regularization method with a nonnegative restriction, demonstrates that DG Tau has a bright central component with a size of 0.26 AU (FWHM) and an extended shell, observed up to 3 AU from the star center.
