High spectral resolution observations were made of galaxies in the rich cluster Abell 665. Results of a detailed study of the E + A galaxy are given. Spectroscopic data and profiles of rotational velocity and velocity dispersion are presented. Spectra obtained indicate that the galaxy rotates rapidly and has two population components. The young component resembles an A star spectrum and the old component is similar to a K star spectrum. The younger component is possibly more extended and rotating faster in the center. Data indicate that the E + A galaxy is a disk galaxy which is evolving into a cluster spiral or an So galaxy with low star formation rate.
