We present the spectra of several supernovae with redshifts in the range 0.4 < z < 0.9. The spectra were obtained with the Low-Resolution Imaging Spectrograph (LRIS) of the Keck telescope between the months of January 1997 and March 1998; and with the Gemini Multi-Object Spectrograph (GMOS) of the Gemini North telescope between the months of April 2002 and November 2002. These supernovae were discovered as part of the Supernovae Cosmology Project; and those of type Ia have been used in the measurment of Ω M and Ω Λ . Redshifts were obtained through the use of both galaxy lines (e.g. Ca II H & K, [O III]) and supernovae lines, and supernovae type was determined through spectrum matching. In some cases, spectra of the host galaxy have also been obtained, and redshifts determined through the same method.
