We present observational studies of the massive (proto)star IRAS 20126+4104 in the ammonia (J,K)=(1,1) and (2,2) inversion transitions with high angular resolutions. We found new evidence supporting the existence of the disk like structure perpendicular to a bipolar molecular outflow. We derived the opacity, rotational temperature, linewidth, and column density in the molecular cloud. Most interestingly, we found an significant increase in the (2,2) to (1,1) rotational temperature and linewidth toward the disk as well as the outflow region. The column density map exibits a peak toward the disk. In addition to the broad velocity feature in the disk, many molecular clumps with narrow linewidth can be identified in the region. It is possible that they are the sites forming lower mass stars.
