The results are given of spectral observations of 109 Markaryan galaxies in lists X-XI. The radial velocities, absolute magnitudes, linear dimensions, and visual estimates of the relative intensities of the emission lines are given. Among these objects, five are identified as Seyfert galaxies: Markaryan 928, 957, 984, 1058, and 1066. The masses and mass-to-luminosity ratios are estimated for four pairs and groups of galaxies. A list is given of 25 Markaryan galaxies for which the authors have not discovered emission lines.
