Four-colour photometry of 33 Henry Draper B stars north of b = +45° is presented. Most are little-reddened B or intermediate-A stars. A new Am star is discovered. The new measures essentially complete uvby photometry of all HD B stars within 45° of either galactic pole. The northern and southern cones of HD B stars are compared and selection effects deduced. Far from the galactic plane it appears that B stars may be equally distributed north and south of a plane; closer to the Sun an asymmetry associated with Gould's Belt is evident.
