Polar coronal holes are the open magnetic field regions of strongly-reduced emissions at various wavelengths. Recent spectroscopic analysis provides an evidence for the presence of MHD waves, which may be one of the possible energy sources in polar coronal holes. We present our some recent findings which interestedly engaged with the presence of MHD waves, and discuss their possible roles in polar coronal holes.
