A table of sources from the 4C catalog is presented, consisting of 535 sources lying in the 20-40 degree declination range, being more than 20 degrees from the galactic plane and having a 178 MHz flux density equal to or greater than 2.5 Jy. For each source, there is listed any possible confusing source contributing at least 0.2 Jy at the position of the main source. Attention is given to resolution correction via the use of the 178 MHz flux densities obtained by extrapolation or interpolation from the spectra built using all available densities; also discussed is the correction of flux densities, considering various confused sources. The slope of the Log N/Log S curve is computed for the 535 sources of the present corrected sample; alpha is found to be 1.80 plus or minus 0.077.
