Twenty-two emission-line cataclysmic variable (CV) candidates from the Palomar Green survey of blue stars are reported. General spectroscopic classifications, line fluxes, and finding charts are presented. Five have spectra resembling U Geminorum stars, and several high-excitation objects with relatively strong He II were discovered. Some were found in absorption (thick disk) phases.
