VLA observations of the barred spiral, hot-spot-nucleus Seyfert 1 galaxy NGC 1365 in the continuum at wavelengths of 6 and 20 cm reveal complex radio emission from the nuclear region. No flux greater than 1 mJy per beam area is detected from the bar or spiral arms. The radio nucleus of NGC 1365 is resolved into at least 8 nonthermal components, with 6 cm fluxes ranging from about 1 to 8 mJy, superimposed on an extended background with dimensions of the order of 20 arcsec x 40 arcsec. Three of the nuclear radio sources are resolved with a 0.45 arcsec x 2.08 arcsec beam. The sources are found to lie in or near the edge of a rapidly rotating nuclear disk of ionized matter with a radius of 7 arcsec. However, no direct correspondence is found between the radio sources and the H II hot spots observed with the ESO 3.6-m telescope. In particular, the bright optical Seyfert nucleus is seen as having no significant corresponding radio source. The integrated flux of the nuclear region of NGC 1365 is 453 and 191 mJy at 1.464 and 4.885 GHz, respectively, which yields a mean spectral index of -0.72. The spectra index varies from -0.4 and -1.0 with a minimum absolute value occurring close to the optical nucleus.
