As part of an effort to study the main meridional cross section of the Galaxy, a catalog was compiled which contains the proper motions of 14,100 stars relative to 206 galaxies and their equatorial coordinates in 60 designated areas. The catalog data were corrected for the brightness-equation error. The rms error of the absolute proper motion of one star amounts to + or - 0.010 and + or - 0.009 arcsec per year for the x and y coordinates, respectively.
