An effort is made to find unstable frequency-dependent correlations between solar activity, geomagnetic activity, the intensity of galactic cosmic rays, and certain parameters characterizing the state of the earth atmosphere. As an example of this type of parameter, consideration is given here to the storm index P, characterizing the repeatability of winds with a velocity greater than 12 m/s over the North Atlantic. It is shown that several fluctuations of the P index are closely correlated with fluctuations of the other parameters considered.
