The radial velocities of the components of close interacting pairs and mergers (VV 80, 257, 622, 727, 747, 834, IC 214) were measured on the spectrograms taken with the 6-m telescope. The internal motions were studied, the rotation velocities, luminosities and masses of the components were derived. VV 80, VV 257, and VV 747 may be mergers in different stages. The morphology of the close pairs VV 622 and IC 214, shows strong interaction of possibly tidal origin. The kinematical and morphological properties of VV 622 are interpreted as a result of a close direct passage of a similar-mass component near the spin plane of the spiral. Noticeable noncircular motions were found only in the b-component of the VV 622 pair. The object VV 727 seems to be a single galaxy. A correlation is noticed between the rotation velocity and the luminosity of the galaxies studied.
