The period analysis of the data obtained from six nights of differential photoelectric photometry of the Delta Scuti star DQ Cephei (about 42 hours) confirms the pulsation modes of f1=8.0480 cycles per day and f2=12.6826 cycles per day. Comparing with the results from different years, we discovered an obvious amplitude variation of both two modes. The amplitude variations of two modes show phase difference of almost 180 degrees and the variation period probably is longer than 46 years.
