The Feautrier method is used to calculate the degree of polarization of
radiation from hot stars. Model atmospheres of these stars which were
obtained by Kurucz (1979) are used. The results suggest that the natural
polarization of O and B stars is associated with the presence of
strongly nonspherical envelopes or accretion disks.
