Physical properties (molecular indices, molecular abundances, reduced equivalent width, and FCFs) of CH, NH, OH, C2, and CN molecules/radicals were analyzed in twenty-four F- and early G-type dwarf stars at different effective temperature, as well as in a new constructed model atmosphere. Molecular indices of band heads of the A-X system of these molecules were obtained using literature data. Plots are presented of the molecular indices vs effective temperature for various band heads of the A-X system of the CH, NH, OH, C2, and CN at three phases, as well as of molecular indices, molecular abundances, and the reduced equivalent width vs dissociation energy. It was found that the molecular indices at band heads of the A-X system of CH, NH, OH, C2, and CN are approximately constant. At a given temperature, molecular indices decrease in the order OH, NH, CH, C2, and CN at any given phase.
