The Pomozdino stony meteorite, found in the Koma ASSR of the Russian
SFSR in 1964, is discussed, and is shown to be a monomictic breccia
eucrite produced by the crystallization of a silicate melt.
Mineralogical, chemical, and X-ray diffraction analyses were conducted
on the meteorite.
