Observations of Baily beads in French Guyana, during 2006 September 22 annular eclipse, have been made to measure solar radius around solar minimum activity of cycle 23. The correction to standard solar radius at unit distance (1 AU) 959.63" to fit observations is ΔR&sun; = -0.01" ± 0.17". Sources of errors are outlined in view of relativistic accuracies.
