Recently published reports of Krzeminski's optical counterpart for Cen X-3 are shown to be consistent with the hypothesis that the primary is in contact with its inner critical Roche lobe. An orbital inclination of about 90 deg and a mass ratio of about 0.045 is indicated. The primary may be somewhat overluminous for its mass. The possibility of detecting 4.8-sec optical pulsations is discussed.
