The GLAST satellite, scheduled for launch in May 2008, will provide signigicantly improved angular resolution and sensitivity compared with EGRET. Observing is planned to start in August, after a two month in-orbit checkout of the satellite. This NAPA proposal will enable the ATCA to provide prompt follow-up to new and flaring sources expected to be discovered by GLAST in its first months of operation.
