Differences in latitude are analyzed which were detected by continuous observations of two bright zenith stars (alpha Cas and epsilon UMa) and two bright Talcott pairs (N 4-54 and 362-367) with the zenith telescope at the Gorky latitude station from 1961 to 1970. Curves are constructed for the variations, and their spectra are analyzed for two five-year intervals and the entire ten-year interval. Semiannual and annual harmonics of the spectra are compared. The semiannual component is found to be very stable.
