An oscillographic method was used to measure the delays in the time recording system used at the Astronomical Observatory of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. The system uses time signals transmitted by telephone line from Borowiec. The delay in the telephone line was found to be 0.4 msec. Time delays were also determined for other system components.
