We consider the astrophysical implications of the BCS-BEC crossover in the interior of quark stars. If the attractive interaction is strong enough, at some critical temperature the quarks may condense into the bosonic zero mode, forming a Bose-Einstein quark condensate. By numerically integrating the general relativistic structure equations we obtain the basic physical properties of the gravitationally bounded condensed quark matter configurations.
