Investigations of changes in the spectra of adjacent pulses of P 0950 are made. The spectrum of the intense radiation from the pulsar P 0950 has been observed to contain a sporadic narrow-band emission of short lifetime and great intensity. It is shown that this radiation cannot be ascribed to scintillation effects due to irregularities of the interstellar medium, and to changes of polarization characteristics of the pulsar radiation. Of the two possibilities - radiation focusing in the nonuniform pulsar plasma, and effects intrinsic to the pulsar - the latter is given preference. The induced Compton scattering of radiation by free electrons is suggested as a possible mechanism responsible for such effects.
