We provide line intensities and limited chemical compositions of a
collection of PNe, most of which are within 25 deg of the Galactic
center. Several appear enriched in nitrogen and/or helium. The central
star of M1-51 displays C IV in emission. Ha 1-2 has the spectral
characteristics of a symbiotic star.
