The relation of spectral characteristics of two close or two-component radio sources unresolved by a radio telescope with their structure is investigated. In this case the type IV spectra are observed. The possibility to measure the electronic temperature and emission measure (electronic concentration) of this plasma is discussed. These parameters may be measured from resultant frequency spectra of such objects if the spectral indexes of two radio sources are equal or differ slightly.
