During the years 1897 to 1922 E. E. Barnard made a large number of visual obsevations of the satellites of the outer planets with the 40 inch refractor at the Yerkes Observatory. While making these observations he also measured the positions of nearby stars relative to each planet and its satellites. We have managed to identify the stars which we believe were those seen by Barnard in either the Second US Naval Observatory CCD Astrograph Catalog or the Tycho-2 Catalog. Barnard was one of the best visual observers. His stellar relative measurements provide absolute planet positions accurate to the level of the star locations and are proving valuable in the development of the JPL planetary ephemerides, especially for Uranus and Neptune. We present a table, with references, giving Barnard's measures for Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune and their satellites along with residuals against the latest ephemerides. A companion table contains the star identifications and locations.
