We have found more than 350 exoplanets so far. Using radial velocity and transit search allows us to derive some of their properties of these planets and set them into context with our Solar Systems planets. We will discuss the newest results, similarities and differences of exoplanets with our own planets as well as the work needed to link planetary research to extrasolar planet search.
