At present the problem of the Earth protection against collision with an asteroid is highly urgent. The proposed report deals with development of the principal propositions of conception on creation of the ecologically clean space rocket systems for influence on asteroids. The proposed conception envisages: Presented first in the report is the principal scheme of the influence module. It is supposed that, during the contact of this module with the asteroid, the ecologically clean energy should be given off, its amount being enough to correct the trajectory. Presented are the versions of the methods to reach the total combination of parameters of pressure, density and temperature which provide the beginning of the synthesis reaction of the light elements according to the Louson criterion. During the collision with the asteroid the rod of the influence module moves with the velocity of some tens kilometer per second in relation to the module body. During the shock interaction of the rod with the reactor chamber elements the high-speed cumulative jets moving towards one another are formed. In the meeting point of these jets, referred to as the focus, there is the total combination of pressure, density and temperature, which are sufficient to begin the synthesis reaction. Located in the focus is the small-size capsule with the tritium-deuterium mixture. The initial synthesis reaction of the tritium-deuterium mixture is supported by the synthesis of deuterium, the mass of which is chosen on a basis of the level of energy which is sufficient to correct the asteroid trajectory. The version, in which the Louson criterion is reached by the shock compression of the high-energy magnetic zone preliminary created, is not studied very well. In this version the high-speed motion of the rod in relation to the influence module body is used for induction of the electric and magnetic energy of the high level in the loop of the magnetic zone. The subsequent shock compression of the magnetic zone by collapsing the elements ensures (according to the theoretical calculations) the total combination of pressure, density and temperature, which meet the beginning of the synthesis reaction of the light elements. Proposed is the experiment on verification of giving off the ecologically clean energy which is enough to correct the asteroid trajectory. The experiment is proposed to be conducted at the great distance from the Earth, which ensures the safety in giving off the energy of the high level. Shown is the way to reach the relative velocity of the orbital stage of influence on the asteroid, which is about 80-100 km per second. Proposed are the non-traditional methods of excluding the recochet during the operation of the influence module as well as well as the structural schemes of elements which realize these methods. Presented are the versions of the proposed international co-operation, involving the countries which possess the space rocket technology.
