Natural phenomena of the tidal evolution of natural heavenly bodies' inclinations and rotations are investigated by using a deformable planet model with energy dissipation. The model includes an isotropic elastic layer and solid part (Kernel). Quantitaive analysis of Mars satellites' motion with a more accurate definition of model parameters using the results of Phobos secular acceleration observation is presented. The phase portrait of a Sun-Earth-Moon type system is considered. Corresponding evaluations are obtained.
