Observations on the KPNO 4-meter telescope and the Steward Observatory 90-inch telescope using the Goddard Fabry-Perot Imaging Camera have been obtained for the rich clusters of galaxies associated with the quasars 3C215 (z=0.4), 3C263 (z=0.65), 3C275.1 (z=0.55), and MC1130+106 (z=0.55). Deep narrow-band images (13-19A FWHM) were obtained in [OII] 3727A at the quasars' redshifts, and in the adjacent continuum. Large [OII]-emitting clouds were detected surrounding 3C275.1 and MC1130+106, and in both cases [OII]-emitting companion galaxies are seen within the quasar's emission envelope. Neither 3C215 nor 3C263 shows signs of [OII] emission associated with the quasar. However, each of the quasar fields contains one to five galaxies with strong [OII] emission at the quasar's redshift. The emission-line galaxies detected have [OII] 3727A luminosities exceeding 10**41 erg/sec, implying star formation rates of 1-6 solar masses per year per galaxy based on the calibration of Gallagher, Bushouse, and Hunter (1989, A.J. 97, 700).
