The stability of two-temperature advection-dominated accretion disks is examined against axisymmetric local thermal perturbations. The disks are optically thin. The results show that there is a weakly unstable mode due to radiation effects. In the case that thermal conduction is efficient, however, the mode is stabilized. The magnetic field also stabilizes the local thermal mode.
