We present results of 3 dimensional simulations of interacting binary white dwarf (IBWD) systems for which we use AM CVn as the prototype. The IBWDs are characterized by extreme mass ratios q~0.02 and nearly pure helium accretion disks. Observed light curves from these systems indicate a complex dynamical structure which we attempt to simulate using the numerical technique of smoothed particle hydrodynamics. Additionally, we explore the effects of different SPH viscosity parameterizations.
