A dynamical model is proposed for long-term V/R variations of Be stars. It is based on a theory of global oscillations in nearly Keplerian disks. From this theory, possible global oscillations in nearly Keplerian disks are very low-frequency, one-armed oscillations alone. The behaviors of small-amplitude, one-armed isothermal oscillations in axisymmetric isothermal disks with finite radial sizes ae examined. It is found that the one-armed oscillation model well explains many observational features of long-term V/R variations. First, the oscillation periods of the fundamental modes and first overtones range from years to decades for some range of the parameter values. Second, those periods are not sensitive to the spectral types of central stars. Third, the line-profile variations expected from the eigenfunctions are consistent with the observational characteristics.
