The filling of the energy subbands of a degenerate nonrelativistic neutron gas of a superdense star is calculated as a function of the strength of the frozen-in magnetic field. It is shown that, as the magnetic field strength increases, the Fermi kinetic energy of the degenerate neutron gas increases to a limiting value, which corresponds to the filling by neutrons of all the energy states with magnetic moment parallel to the direction of the magnetic field.
