In a Lyttleton-Bondi (LB) cosmological model, a net charge imbalance leads to the continuous creation of matter. Here, the governing equations for an LB model with a nonflat Bianchi II metric are derived. It is shown that this model, like the Bianchi II Dunn-theory model studied by Venkateswarlu and Reddy (1990) but unlike the Bianchi I LB model of Reddy and Innaiah (1986), has no initial singularity.
